Introduction

Protecting your personal data is a priority for MaTeamIA. This policy describes, in full transparency, the data we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it, and what your rights are.

This policy complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés) of January 6, 1978, as amended.

  • Billing data (company name, address, EU VAT number where applicable): performance of the contract (GDPR art. 6.1.b) and legal accounting obligations (GDPR art. 6.1.c).

2.3 Browsing the mateamia.com website

The mateamia.com website uses an anti-bot service from Cloudflare (Turnstile) to protect its forms against automated submissions. This service collects limited technical data (IP address, user agent, browsing behavior on the page) for the sole purpose of telling a human from a bot. No advertising tracking cookie is set.

No audience measurement or advertising profiling tool (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.) is deployed on the website as of the date of publication of this policy. Should such a tool be introduced in the future, your prior consent will be required.

2.4 Viewing of the diagnostics we send you

Each diagnostic we send to a company has its own web address. When that page is opened, we record, on our own infrastructure and without any cookie or third-party tool: the date and time of the visit, the IP address, the city and network operator derived from it, the type of device and browser, reading time, how far the page was scrolled, and clicks on its links (WhatsApp, offers, email).

Purpose: to know whether the diagnostic has been read, so we can follow up at the right time. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in following up a document sent to a business as part of a commercial approach (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You may object at any time by writing to hello@mateamia.com.

3. Processors and recipients

Your data is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It is shared only with technical processors acting on our behalf, on documented instructions, strictly for the performance of the Service.
